Have tried a couple of times to make account changes at this location but they are not a corporate store and really can't do anything but sell you a phone. Overall Sprint is the worst rated phone company and spending any time discussing service quality with a Sprint customer will tell you everything you need to know about why you shouldn't choose Sprint.
